Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the WalkingPad is clean and securely packed in its original box with all included manuals and power cables.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
